I dag kan vi Gratulerer oss selv med å ha fått økt velferdsbudsjettet til 2000 kr per ansatt! 🎉
Det har tatt sin tid men viser hvor viktig det er å stå på for de ansattes velferd, spesielt med tanke på prisøkningen i samfunnet.
Vi har en god plan på plass med velferdskomiteen som skal fordele midlene. Velferden ser også på kunstforeningen i forhold til lotteriloven – det viser at dere tar ansvar og sørger for at alt går riktig for seg.

Today we can Congratulations ourself on having increased the welfare budget to 2000 NOK per employee! 🎉
It has taken its time but shows how important it is to stand up for the welfare of employees, especially considering the price increase in society.
We have a good plan in place with the welfare committee that will distribute the funds. The welfare department is also looking at the art association in relation to the lottery law – it shows that we must take responsibility and make sure that everything goes right.
Maybe some new activities or benefits for employees will be the result. We will come back on that
